visuals of all signage on site;
Landscaping is provided to conceal carparking at the front of the site;

Please refer to the Concept Landscape Plan prepared by Urbis provided at Volume 2 for further details.
4.3.2. Civil Engineering Services Report
An Engineering Services Report prepared by Lambert & Rehbein is provided at Volume 3. The proposal
addresses the services arrangements for the proposal. The key matters are as follows:
The site currently slopes towards the Project Avenue frontage at an average grade of approximately
10%. Access to the site and manoeuvring of B Double Trucks limits the grade transition that can be
achieved from Eumundi Noosa Road to the service station hardstand, hence cut and fill will be required
to achieve the service station hardstand level and the lower level carparks.
