o) The function, safety and visual amenity of the Noosa’s major road network are protected;
p) The Noosa Airport off Weyba Drive, Noosaville is retained and operated as the only commercial
airport within Noosa;
The proposal generally complies with the outcomes of Noosaville Locality Plan. The proposed service
station and food outlet is consistent with the built form and uses of the industrial area. The proposal is
appropriately located within an industrial area and will have minimal impacts to the surrounding land uses in
terms of noise. Landscaping is proposed along the street frontages to ensure the amenity of the area is
maintained. The function, safety and visual amenity of Eumundi Noosa Road is maintained as a separate
entry and exit to the site.
The site is only subject to a single overlay which is Acid sulfate soils overlay (5m to 20m AHD). The
proposal is therefore assessed against the Natural Hazards Overlay Code in Appendix F.
The following Codes are considered most relevant to the proposed development:
Primary Codes Secondary Codes Overlay Codes

Comprehensive assessments of the proposed development against the relevant Codes are attached at
Appendix F or within the relevant supporting documents as outlined above.
In summary, this assessment coupled with the relevant supporting reports demonstrates that the proposed
development is capable of fulfilling the Acceptable Outcomes or associated Performance Outcomes of each
