                APPLICATION FOR A PROPER1Y VEGETATION MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR
                THE PALMS     -
                                  NOOSA SPRINGS GROUP TITLES PLAN NO. 107028


                This letter seeks approval for the attached Property Vegetation Management Plan under ’Part 3 Damage
                to Vegetation, Division 4   -

                                                Property Vegetation Management Plans’ of Local Law NO.8 (Protection of
                Vegetation) 2011 for a nominated period of 5 years’.

                The agreed classification of trees contained into the Management Plan has been marked up on the
                attached site plan according to the ’following colour coding:


                Red: removal within the next 12 months

                Orange: removal between 1 and 2 years
                Yellow: removal between 2 and 3 years
                Green: removal between 4 and 6 years

                Blue: to be watched and re-categorised if needs be in subsequent reviews

                In consultation with a qualifi.ed Arborist, replanting will be selected from the attached list of tree species
                and will not necessarily be done on a one for one basis or in the,same position as the removed

                vegetation.
