     Tree Removal
     Tree removals maybe done on the trees listed in the following tables as soon as they
     show evidence or signs of either:
         .
              Unacceptable risk
         .    End of useful life expectancy
         .    Development of structural failures
         .    Infrastructure conflicts
         .    Excessive storm damage


     The trees listed on the following tables are classified (numbered)as requiring removal
     over the  following time periods:
         1.   Current, or within the next 12 months.
         2.   1 to 2 years
         3. 2 to 3 years
         4. 4 to 6 years
         5.   Being watched for the signs that indicate removal is necessary.

     Note: This Property Vegetation Management Plan is accompanied by a DVD of
     photos showing all the trees on the day of inspection.

     Tree locations are given based on location to a property lot number and applicable

     compass location ifthe lot has multiple sides and trees.


     Trees in the tables are given codes relating to their species and if in groups of the
     same   species are marked by x then the number of trees in the group. The following
     tree codes are used to identify each species.
