Councillor Meeting Attendance
Council conducts its business at open public meetings which are part of Council’s commitment to
transparent decision making and engagement with our community. Meetings are generally held in
the Council Chambers at Tewantin. Council’s General Committee, Ordinary and Special Meetings are
live streamed on Council’s YouTube channel with past recordings also available for viewing on this
platform.
Generally, all standing committees are held once per month where a range of issues and
recommendations are made for Council consideration.
In accordance with section 186(c) of the LG Regulation, meeting attendance for the period is shown
in Table 4.
