17   OPERATIONAL PLAN PROGRESS REPORT - 1ST QUARTER 2015-16
     That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Planning & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 10 November 2015 providing an update on progress with the
     implementation of the Operational Plan to 30 September 2015 and details of Council’s Key
     Performance Indicators.


18   DRAFT NOOSA SHIRE LOCAL ECONOMIC PLAN
     Item not dealt with by Planning & Organisation Committee. Referred to General
     Committee for consideration.
     Reason for referral – Significance of issue



19   ENVIRONMENT LEVY - POTENTIAL
     LAND PURCHASE
     That Council note the report by the Director Planning & Infrastructure to the Planning &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 10 November 2015 and authorise the Chief
     Executive Officer to continue negotiations for the purchase of the twothe northern parcels of
     land identified in Map 1 shown in the report, based on the revised valuations with an upper
     price cap as shown in Table 2 of the report and if agreement is reached within that upper
     price cap, the Chief Executive Officer be authorised to enter into a contracts contract- for the
     purchase of either one or both of the subject propertiesproperty.




Recommendation

The Planning & Organisation Committee recommendations dated 10 November 2015 be adopted
except where dealt with or held over by separate resolution.
