            1. INTRODUCTION
            RECOR has been commissioned to assess the stormwater management requirements for a
            proposed residential unit development in Bottlebrush Avenue, Noosa Heads.

            This report outlines the existing drainage patterns and how site run-off is proposed to be
            managed for the new development, in accordance with Noosa Shire Council requirements
            for stormwater drainage.

            The proposed design plans are provided in Appendix A - Proposed Development Plans for
            reference.



            2. EXISTING SITE DETAILS
                    2. 1. E X I S T I N G S I T E D E S C R I P T I O N

            Lot 147 (RP88934) currently contains an existing residential dwelling and has a total land
            area of 505.6m², including approximately 188m² of roof area and 136m² of paved surfaces
            (total impervious area: 324m²). The site is steeply sloping with an average grade of between
            15% and 20% sloping southwest towards the street frontage (street frontage of 15.09m).
