parking and storage. Total number of cars on site would be less than five. Once the contiguous piling is completed, screw piling will be completed over the site and again there would be few other Subcontractors involved in the works that time. (Piling Contractor and Part-time Surveyor) By this stage the Contractor should have extended his temporary access/parking/storage platform across to the northern area of the building, “Stage 2 Temporary Access Area” indicated on 14517 — P4, greatly increasing parking, access and storage for materials. Total number of cars on site would not exceed 10. During this time there would still only be about 4-5 different subcontractors on site:- Concretor/formworker Reinforcing fixing Plumber / Electrician ( both part-time) Surveyor (part-time) By the time the builder is constructing the floor slabs, we would expect the number of subcontractors will increase up to approximately 10 occasionally, but the accessible area for parking and storage will be greatly increased, to include some areas of the permanent structural driveway slab, probably exceeding 1500m?. The successful Contractor will be required to provide, as a contractural condition of the building approval, a detailed Construction Management Plan appropriate for this site and the extent of piling, excavation and concreting work. The Plan shall cover the following issues:- e Pre-construction Submit a programme, construction method statements, traffic & parking management plan, environmental and erosion protection measures, nominated tree protection measures, etc as per specifications, for approval. Complete Existing Condition Dilapidation Inspection reports on all surrounding buildings, structures, and access driveway. Establish all slope stability survey monitoring points. e Initial Site Access and Parking Construct temporary benching and turn-around areas on site and establish site office, temporary utilities connections, and recheck survey monitoring. Build sediment & erosion control measures, temporary stormwater collection and disposal. It may be economical to lease additional vacant land in the area to provide temporary parking of construction vehicles, and storage of equipment and materials. A vacant lot exists on McAnally Drive. 7
