12. Additionally, Unit 1 proposes the delivery of a new upper floor deck, to provide additional entertainment
    space and amenity to the unit alongside shading and protecting the unit’s entrance for greater resident
    and visitor amenity, refer to Figure 6 below.

13. As demonstrated in Figure 7 below, the development proposes an individual access driveway to each unit,
    with Unit 2 proposing driveway access from Avocet Parade, as well as a separate pedestrian entry point
