Because trying to close a quiet bar before 12 when there are
nightclubs literally across the road who operate until 12 is
ludicrous.

Young people in business, that is what ail local government needs
and should support. The failure to support a small business within
the local government area means that councils does not support
local growth. The time requested to continue to trade should not
be an issue. It is about providing a service for the people of the
community in which the business operates.
