3. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

3.1 PROPOSAL
The application seeks for the construction of a dwelling on the property for use as a Dwelling House.

The Noosa Planning Scheme defines a Dwelling house use as:

One dwelling for a single household and any domestic outbuildings associated with the dwelling; or

One dwelling for a single household, a secondary dwelling and any domestic outbuildings associated with
either dwelling.

The proposed dwelling will be occupied as a single household as per the NSC planning scheme definitions.
