The targeted weed species within the land area defined by the vegetation covenant follows the weed species listed in the following standards and
legislation:

         Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Act 2002,
         Sub-ordinate Regulation 2003, and

All weed control methods outlined in this section follows Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles to manage weed impacts. Some weed species have
no herbicide currently registered for their control in Queensland and an off-label use permit (PER11463) is required. This allows the use of various
herbicides for the control of environmental weeds in non-agricultural areas, bushland and forests.

Weed control is required in the Plan area. Regular re-treatment is recommended as a seed bank of the weed species would exist and regeneration of weed
species may occur after initial weed treatment.

Weeds apart from priority species listed below should all be addressed in weed control works.
