Maintenance & Operations
[Activities include routine maintenance and operational activities as determined by respective lease/permit to
occupy arrangements for each site. Typically the permit/lease holder has responsibility for minor maintenance
requirements with Council attending to major maintenance, and covering costs of insurance and base level utility
charges as set out in the Community Grants Policy].
