RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Executive Manager to the Services & Organisation Committee
Meeting dated 9 May 2017 providing an update on operations of the Executive Office for the period
1 January 2017 to 31 March 2017.


REPORT
The purpose of this report is to inform Council of the progress of various initiatives and programs
of the Executive Office which includes the following functions:

                       Project Officer - Carbon Reduction (ZEN)
                       Customer Service
                       Governance
                       Human Resources
                       Community Engagement
                       Economic Development
                       Executive Officer to the Mayor and CEO.

The following table provides an update on the activities undertaken in the Executive Office during
the period 1 January 2017 to 31 March 2017.
