Response:
Refer attached updated proposal plans prepared by RC Studio together with vehicle turning path
diagrams prepared by SCG Consulting Engineers.
4. Provide a preliminary stormwater drainage plan for the proposed development. The plans must be
prepared by an RPEQ and include but not be limited to:
(a) The connection point to Council’s system
(b) Any necessary detention and/or proposed reuse
(c) Any necessary easements within the site.
Response:
Refer attached Stormwater Drainage plan prepared by SCG Consulting Engineers. This plan
demonstrates that the site can be connected to Councils stormwater system and provide an
appropriate stormwater outcome. A private drainage easement over part of the proposed drainage
system which provides for a shared connection point between the proposed drainage cells within each
lot to Councils existing stormwater pit will be required.
The Information and Referral Stage of IDAS has now concluded and the application is now in the
Decision Stage.
