The condition NULL refers to assets that do not have any condition data assigned due to inconsistent asset
data.
There are a number of different asset classes within the road infrastructure that are yet to have a
physical condition assessments undertaken. Those assets have been assigned an age-based
condition which is determined on the remaining life of the asset and are highlighted in the graph
below. Further asset data collection and physical condition assessments will be prioritised to
ensure that asset knowledge continues to improve across all road infrastructure assets.
