ORDINARY MEETING AGENDA                                                      2 JANUARY 2014


RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Chief of Staff to the Ordinary Meeting dated 2 January 2014
and:

1.     Conduct the first Ordinary Meeting of Council at 1pm on Thursday 2 January 2014 at the
       Tewantin office; and

2.     Hold subsequent Ordinary Meetings of Council as follows:
       a)   Monday 13 January 2014 commencing at 10 am
       b)   Monday 20 January 2014 commencing at 10 am
       c)   Thursday 6 February 2014 commencing at 6 pm
       d)   From 6 February onwards on a four weekly cycle at 6pm, except for a single 5 weekly
            cycle following the meeting on 26 June.
