Drainage of the allotment would be described as good.

No groundwater was observed during the testing or inspection of the site, however,
possible seasonal water tables or seepage may be possible along the unweathered rock
layer.

The proposed residence, as detailed on the attached architectural drawings indicates a
two storey residence with garage under with moderate cut/fill required for the garage
area only.

STABLITY CONSIDERATIONS

The level of excavation intended over the site leads Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd to
believe that the stability of the site will be suitable for this type of construction.

There were no signs of instability on the allotment. The location of the residence on this
slope does not in our opinion lead us to believe that slope stability will be a concern.
