Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd further certifies that at the time of this report there were no
signs of stability issues with adjoining lands and as such the site is not subject to risk of
landslip activity originating from these other land. Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd clarify
this statement in that any adjoining works or changes to existing works on adjoining
lands must be carried out in a professional manner and in accordance with good hillside
practices so as to not affect the stability of the adjoining land which may inturn affect
the stability of the subject allotment.
