○ Smoke detectors, extinguishers, fire hose reels, and exit signs installed.
○ Equipment tested monthly by staff and annually by licensed contractor.
● Wardens:
○ Fire wardens trained in use of extinguishers and alarm systems.
○ Responsible for guiding patrons to assembly points.
● Housekeeping:
○ Exits and evacuation paths kept clear at all times.
○ Kitchen grease traps and ducting cleaned regularly to reduce fire risk.
7.4 Medical Emergencies
● First Aid:
○ First aid kits located in kitchen, bar, staff room, and office.
○ Contents checked and restocked monthly.
● AED:
○ Automated External Defibrillator (AED) available onsite.
○ Staff trained in AED use and CPR.
● First Aid Officers:
○ At least one certified first aider rostered every shift.
○ All medical incidents recorded in Incident Register.
