The Capital Works Programme has previously been distributed to Councillors (document titled
“Capital Works Programme 2016/2017”).
Finance & Risk
There is a current shortage of design resources and the risk of not recruiting design staff will have
an impact on the number of projects being delivered in future capital programmes.
