3. Programme
Once the panel is awarded, contractors will receive purchase orders for hire of plant and/or
operators when required to support Council’s activities. Tasks will be distributed to the most cost
effective contractor with the appropriate plant and equipment and/or operator on the panel.
Finance & Risk
Provision has been made within the Work Operations budget to allow for the hire of plant and
operators to be supplied under the register of pre-qualified suppliers.
