PalmLake Works Pty Ltd herein submit a Development Application in support of an impact assessable Multiple Housing – Type 3 development for 10 independent living units at 20 Trading Post Road Cooroy – Lot 101 SP 287641.

The submission is accompanied by the following attachments:

·         Appendix A – DA Form 1;

·         Appendix B – Contour Survey Plan;

·         Appendix C – Proposal Plans;

·         Appendix D – Civil Engineering Report;
