PROJECT URBAN – 17686 July 2018 SERVICING Waste will be stored in a screened, hardstand waste enclosure adjacent to the northern boundary of the site. There is sufficient manoeuvring area and turning paths on site to accommodate a waste collection vehicle. INFRASTRUCTURE The subject site is currently connected to all essential urban infrastructure. Stormwater will be collected and treated on site and discharged into a legal point of discharge in the south-eastern corner of the site in accordance with the attached Stormwater Management Plan prepared by HR Design Consulting Engineers. Internal water, sewer, telecommunication and electrical connections will be finalised during detail design. 4.2 RECONFIGURING A LOT Reciprocal access easements are proposed over Lots 1 & 2 over a new cul-de-sac extending from Taylor Court. These easements will also benefit Lot 5 and will allow vehicles from Lot 5 to exit. The proposed access driveway is two lanes separated by a central median. A portion of the central median has been designed to allow vehicles from Lot 5 to undertake a right turn exit as can be seen on the Engineering Plans. The easements extend to a new cul-de-sac head which allows vehicles as large as a 19m semi-articulated vehicle to complete a single turn. 4.3 OPERATIONAL WORK The development seeks Operational Works approval for Civil and Landscaping Works associated with the proposed development. Please refer to attached plans and reports.
