INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICES COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 26 MAY 2015
Finance & Risk
This tender is expected to provide a range of social outcomes with a non-dollar value as a
return to council, rather than a commercial return.
The successful tenderer is responsible for outgoings that are part of operating the café and
after the first twelve months expects to generate sufficient profit to pay $100 rent per month.
The proposed methodology and operational guidelines will include a range of processes to
manage issues and risks. United Synergies’ tender response included detailed processes to
manage risks associated with workplace health and safety, service continuity and potential
staffing issues.
