with recent pick up dockets of a poultry farm at Redlands which operates 8 x 160-170
m long sheds (that is approximately 30% larger than our proposed poultry farm).

Night Time Delivery

| have been advised that Inghams are minimising night time collection of birds and
the earliest collection is at 3:45am.

In light of this information | request that a Condition of approval be imposed that
states:

A maximum of 3 trucks travel through Cooroy between the hours of 3:45am and
7:00am during the bird collection operations.

Top Forestry Road

| understand that there are concerns regarding the standard of Top Forestry Road;
and | have always stated that | am prepared to carry out the reasonable works
required to make it safe for the traffic generated by the poultry farm as per our
Engineer's report.
