Green Waste: The amount of green waste generated will be of limited
quantity due to the minimal extent of soft landscaping. It is
envisaged the landscaping maintenance of the development
will be carried out by a contractor and the waste disposed of
off-site by the contractor.

Note: the above amounts have been adopted from the Commercial Waste
Generation Rates published by Melbourne City Council (dated 11/03/13).

Conclusion: The Preliminary Waste Management Report has been prepared to
demonstrate that the waste from the proposed development can be serviced at

sustainable levels that will meet the demand of the site and without impact upon the
amenity of the area.
