MCU22.0154 - Response to an Information Request

In response to the Information Request, the amended plans prepared by David Toohey
Architect, dated 25/10/2022, ensure that:
    1. The kerb is shown in relation to the location of the awnings;
    2. The height and form of the proposed awnings is consistent with the existing and
       adjoining awnings. Materials used will be lightweight and consistent with existing
       materials;
    3. The lower fascia awning maintains the existing width of 620mm;
    4. The upper level roof form has been reduced to 410mm thickness to ensure a
       lightweight structure that reduces a boxy nature.

To also assist Council, a copy of the detail survey capturing the existing site is enclosed
with this response.

In accordance with section 13.2 of the Development Assessment Rules, I wish to advise
that I am providing all of the information requested.
