                                               •          A window hood or external screen must be provided to the window
                                                          to the study areas to provide shade and reduce the need for
                                                          auxiliary cooling.
                                               •          A minimum floor to ceiling height of 2.7m must be provided to the
                                                          units 2 & 3 living areas at a minimum.
                        Amendments             •          To ensure privacy is protected between adjoining properties, the
                                                          windows located on the upper south western and north eastern
                                                          building faces of Units 1 to 3 must either:
                                                          a)     have a minimum window sill height or 1.7 metres above
                                                                 floor level
                                                          b)     be fitted with translucent glazing or
