9.0     CONCLUSION


The proposed design and construction of a boutique hotel, tennis courts, pools, car parking and
landscaped areas at Links Drive, Noosa Heads is in accordance with the Noosa Council Planning
Scheme and all other relevant legislative guidelines and requirements.


Earthworks and retaining will be required in order to provide level building platforms, compliant
vehicle access and stormwater management areas.


Flood immunity for the site is readily achieved. Additional freeboard will be provided by proposed
building pads and concrete slabs.


Stormwater quality management may be achieved for the site using existing stormwater
management devices. Stormwater quantity management is not required. The proposed
development will not cause adverse impacts or actionable nuisance to surrounding properties.


There are no engineering constraints or impediments that would preclude development of the
site.
