7.0    WATER RETICULATION


Refer to preliminary engineering drawing number C6070/20/P04 attached as Appendix B for
details of the existing water reticulation network.


An existing 200mm diameter trunk water main exists within the verge of Resort Drive, adjacent to
the eastern boundary of the site. A new internal water main will be installed and connected to the
existing main in order to service the development. It is proposed that UnityWater will supply and
install suitable water meters and hydrants upon lodgment and payment of the applicable fee.


Detailed design of the internal water network will be provided by the Hydraulic Consultant and
lodged as part of future Operational Works/Building Applications.



8.0    ELECTRICAL, TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND GAS


Refer to the Dial Before You Dig enquiry attached as Appendix B for details of the existing electrical,
telecommunications and reticulated gas networks.


Existing underground electrical lines are located within Resort Drive to the east and Links Drive to
the north-west of the site. Existing telecommunications (including NBN) are located within the
Resort Drive road reserve to the east of the site. Existing reticulated gas supply is located within
the Resort Drive road reserve to the east of the site.


It is anticipated that the existing infrastructure will be suitable to service the proposed
development.     Qualified consultants will be commissioned to prepare the Electrical and
Telecommunications design for the proposed development.
