1.0    INTRODUCTION


This preliminary Engineering Report is lodged in support of an application to Noosa Council for the
construction of a boutique hotel, tennis courts, pools, car parking and landscaped areas at Links
Drive, Noosa Heads. The subject site is legally described as Lot 4 on SP178340.


The report addresses proposed extensions and modifications to the existing Noosa Springs Golf
and Spa Resort.


The individual areas of engineering and stormwater management addressed in this report include:


       •       Erosion and Sediment Control
       •       Earthworks
       •       Roadworks
       •       Flooding
       •       Peak Flow Management
       •       Stormwater Quality Management
       •       Sewerage Reticulation
       •       Water Reticulation
       •       Electrical, Telecommunications and Gas




This report should be read in conjunction with the attached architectural plans and engineering
drawings. This report concludes that there are no major engineering or stormwater management
constraints associated with the proposed development that cannot be overcome by suitable
engineering design.
