Hydrology and waterway stability
                           Stormwater runoff from the development site will be conveyed
          PO11             to existing stormwater management areas. These areas
                           discharge to the existing downstream waterway via established
                           drainage lines.
                           Stormwater ruff from the development site will be conveyed to
          PO12             existing stormwater management areas. These areas provide
                           frequent flow management and reductions to total volume of
                           runoff from the developed site.
          PO13             The existing drainage regime will be maintained. No new
                           stormwater discharge points are proposed.
Construction and establishment of stormwater management systems
                           Proposed development works will include suitable sediment
                           and erosion control measures. Detailed erosion and sediment
                           control plans will be prepared in conjunction with future
          PO14             development applications.

                       All sediment and erosion controls shall be designed in
                       accordance with the IECA manual.
Wastewater management and effluent disposal
                       Wastewater generated from the development will be lawfully
        PO15           discharged to an existing gravity sewer main. A trade waste
                       permit application will be lodged with UnityWater as part of
                       future development applications.
