Stormwater quality and protection of receiving waters
                         It is proposed to utilise the existing stormwater management
                         areas (vegetated buffers, vegetated swales, lake system)
                         constructed as part of the Noosa Springs Golf Resort. These
         PO6             devices provide water quality treatment of stormwater flows
                         from the development site. Additional water quality treatment
                         will be provided using rainwater harvesting and reuse tanks with
                         total volume >100kL.
                         It is proposed to utilise existing stormwater management areas.
                         These devices use natural processes and are well integrated into
         PO7             the landscape.

                         No proprietary treatment devices are proposed for use onsite.

Hydrology and waterway stability
                        The development proposal will utilise existing constructed
                        waterbodies which provide total capture of stormwater runoff
                        from the development site.

                         New carparking areas to the north will be constructed using
         PO10            permeable materials (porous pavement, pavers interspersed
                         with turf etc.).

                         Proposed rainwater harvesting and reuse tank will reduce the
                         total volume of stormwater discharging to downstream
                         waterways.
