9. CONCLUSIONS
A full assessment was conducted of the proposed commercial development located at 37 Gibson
Road, Noosaville. On the condition the treatment recommendations and management controls
presented in Section 8 are implemented, the development is predicted to comply with the
Sunshine Coast Regional Council assessment criteria.
