Waste disposal does not form part of the proposed boatshed, a detailed assessment against this code is not
considered necessary.

Transport, Roads and Drainage Code
The site has a single road frontage to Russell Street. Access to the site occurs via the adjoining allotment (Lot 131).
Site access not proposed to change. A detailed assessment of the proposal against the provisions of the Transport,
Roads and Drainage code is provided at Appendix I.

Water Sensitive Design Code
The proposed boatshed does not incorporate water sensitive design elements, a detailed assessment against this
code is not considered necessary.
