                      247.1         Landscaping certification confirming all works have been constructed in accordance
                                    with conditions of approval.
                      247.2         Australian Standard AS2303 - Tree Stock for Landscape Use certification
                                    (assessment of tree quality addressing each specimen).
               248 All landscape works must be established and maintained in accordance with the approved
                   design for the life of the development, and in a manner that ensures healthy, sustained and
                   vigorous plant growth. All plant material must be allowed to grow to full form and be
                   refurbished when its life expectancy is reached.
               249 All landscape works must be maintained generally in accordance with the approved design
                   for the life of the development.
               ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS 18 FEBRUARY 2022
               250 Conduct the use in accordance with the noise assessment report prepared by ALC “Noosa
                   Civic – DA Noise Impact Assessment” Revision 9 dated 13 October 2021 and the approved
                   drawings prepared by MPN Consulting, except where varied by the conditions below:
                      a.      Chillers are switched off at 9pm and shall not be operational during the time period
                              9pm to 7am.
                      b.      Mechanical plant adjacent and within the loading dock areas (excluding compactors)
                              is limited to the time periods of:
                               i.      Monday to Saturday 7am to 9pm Monday; and
                              ii.      Sunday 8am to 6pm.
                      c.      Compactor operation at the loading dock area is limited to the time periods of:
                               i.      Monday -Wednesday, and Friday to Sunday 8am to 6pm Monday; and
                              ii.      Thursday 8am to 9pm.
                      d.      Kitchen exhaust fan operation is limited to the time periods of:
                               i.      Monday to Saturday 7am to 9pm Monday; and
                              ii.      Sunday 8am to 6pm.
                      e.      Loading dock operating hours inclusive of vehicle access, departure and
                              loading/unloading operations is limited to the time periods of:
                               i.      Monday to Saturday – 5am to 9pm; and
                              ii.      Sunday- 8am to 6pm.
                      f.      Install and maintain a gate to the loading dock area off Hofmann Drive which limits
                              vehicle access and egress to the time periods:
                               i.      Monday to Saturday – 5am to 9pm; and
                              ii.      Sunday- 8am to 6pm
