4.0 STORMWATER AND WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT
4.1   STORMWATER MANAGEMENT

Stormwater drainage design will be carried out in accordance with Council guidelines and the Queensland Urban
Drainage Design Manual (QUDM).

The development will drain into the existing stormwater systems located within Gibson Road and Skipper Place.

Refer to JF&P Consulting Engineers Site Based Stormwater Management, lodged under separate cover for further
details on stormwater management for the site.




4.2   WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Water quality management will be carried out in accordance with industry best practice procedures and healthy
waterways guidelines.

Water quality (sedimentation and erosion control) during the construction phase will be managed through the
implementation of measures detailed in the civil operational works design drawings to be lodged at the Building
Application phase.
