5.0 SERVICES

5.1   SERVICES WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT

Underground electrical supply, communications and telecommunications will be provided within the
development.

Water supply and sewerage connections will be provided within the development.




5.2   SEWERAGE RETICULATION

An internal system of sanitary drainage lines will be provided within the development, connected to Council’s MH
30890 located at the southern boundary of the site.




5.3   WATER RETICULATION

An internal system of metered private mains will be provided within the development, connected to Councils
water main located in Gibson Road.




5.4   INFRASTRUCTURE CONTRIBUTIONS

Infrastructure contributions will be calculated in accordance with the Sunshine Coast Regional Council policy
current at the time of the relevant approval.




5.5   ELECTRICITY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

It is expected that with appropriate modification/upgrade works the existing Energex Energy distribution system
will have adequate capacity to cater for the proposed development. Each tenancy will be provided with a service
connection.
