                 for the client's exclusive use. The document is specific to this particular project and for the purposes as
                 described within the document. The document cannot be used for any other project on the same site or
                 other sites or relied upon by a third party. Any party relying upon this document beyond its exclusive
                 use and purpose as stated above, and without the express written consent of Arcos, does so entirely
                 at its own risk and without recourse to Arcos for any loss or damage. Arcos has necessarily relied upon
                 information provided by the client and/or their agents.
                 The required detailed design for the service infrastructure will be subject to the conditions (if any),
                 attached to the Development Approval provided by Council and any nominated referral agencies.
