GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 19 APRIL 2022
• A working area of 3 metres each side of the trafficable area comprising of managed grass
• 10 metre balance area of ‘managed vegetation’ which comprises managed grass and low
density trees.
An easement is proposed to be registered over the fire break in favour of Council and the QFES
with the easement to be maintained by the grantor. Gates are proposed to be provided between
properties for access to the fire break.
