Tenancies/ Leases and Staging under Community Title Scheme requires code assessment against
the following applicable codes:

   •   Low Impact Industry Zone Code (6.5.1)
   •   Cooroy Local Plan Code (7.2.2)
   •   Industry Activities Code (9.3.10)
   •   Works Codes (9.4)
   •   Reconfiguration of a Lot code (9.5.1)

Table of assessment prescribes Caretakers accommodation (if not exceeding 65m2) is subject to the
additional applicable codes:

   •   Caretaker Accommodation, Dwelling Unit and Rural Workers Accommodation Code (9.3.2)

Table of assessment (5.9.9) with the Regional Infrastructure Overlay identifies if development is
increasing the number of people living, staying or working on site is subject to code assessment
including:

   •   Regional Infrastructure Overlay Code (8.2.9)

The development achieves the purpose and overall outcomes of the relevant assessment
benchmarks and compliance with the performance outcomes or acceptable outcomes. In accordance
with Part 5.3.3 of the Planning Scheme compliance with the code is achieved by complying with the
