EASEMENT                                                        SUMMARY

           Purpose:
           The purpose of this easement is for electricity works.


           Easement J gives Energex Limited (Energex) the right to access the easement area to install, maintain,
           and repair electrical infrastructure like power lines, poles, and substations. Energex may also clear the
           easement land and keep it cleared of timber, trees, undergrowth and crops.


           Maintenance:
           Energex may perform routine maintenance and fix faults or damage on the easements. Energex must act
           reasonably at all times and comply with relevant laws.


           Restrictions:
           Easement J will prohibit building, planting large trees, and any activity that obstructs Energex's access or
           creates a safety risk near the infrastructure.


           The Grantor shall not:
           (a)    interfere with or damage or place at risk the electric lines or access works on or near the Easement
                  Land; or
           (b)    interfere with or obstruct Energex in the exercise and enjoyment of its rights and powers under this
                  easement.


           The Grantor is restricted from the following without prior consent from Energex:
           (a)    erecting any structures or making any alterations or additions to existing structures;
           (b)    erecting any fence taller than the height of 2.4 metres;
           (c)    laying pipes, cables, wires or the like of;
           (d)    stockpiling of any soil, sand, gravel or other substance;
