                   EASEMENT                                                                           SUMMARY

                                                     (e)     removing any soil, sand, gravel or other substance;
                                                     (f)     altering the land adjacent to the easement area;
                                                     (g)     inundating any part of the easement area;
                                                     (h)     plant or grow upon the easement land vegetation whose size or height would in any way interfere
                                                             with the safe efficient and/or continuous operation of the electric lines and/or access works;
                                                     (i)     lighting fires on or near the easement area;
                                                     (j)     growing sugarcane within 10 metres of any electric line;
                                                     (k)     residing or permitting a person to reside in any caravan or structure which may be parked on the
                                                             easement land;
                                                     (l)     storing flammable fuels or explosive materials any where on the easement land; or
                                                     (m)     carrying on any activity which endangers the safety of the electric lines or access works or the safe,
                                                             efficient and/or continuous operation of the same.


                                                     Consideration:
                                                     The easement states that the $1.10 consideration has been paid.
