EASEMENT                                                        SUMMARY


           Restrictions:
           The electricity transmission easement prohibits building structures within a certain radius of tower
           foundations and restricts activities like storing materials, excavating, or altering ground levels. Other
           restrictions include maintaining a safe clearance from powerlines to prevent arcing, which requires
           excluding certain equipment from specified zones, and ensuring unobstructed access for Powerlink
           maintenance.


           The Grantor shall not:
           (a)    interfere with or damage or place at risk the electric lines or access works on or near the Easement
                  Land; or
           (b)    interfere with or obstruct Energex in the exercise and enjoyment of its rights and powers under this
                  easement.


           The Grantor is restricted from the following without prior consent from Energex:
           (a)    erecting any structures or making any alterations or additions to existing structures;
           (b)    erecting any fence taller than the height of 2.4 metres;
           (c)    laying pipes, cables, wires or the like of;
           (d)    stockpiling of any soil, sand, gravel or other substance;
           (e)    removing any soil, sand, gravel or other substance;
           (f)    altering the land adjacent to the easement area;
           (g)    inundating any part of the easement area;
           (h)    plant or grow upon the easement land vegetation whose size or height would in any way interfere
                  with the safe efficient and/or continuous operation of the electric lines and/or access works;
           (i)    lighting fires on or near the easement area;
           (j)    growing sugarcane within 10 metres of any electric line;
