The purpose of this easement is to provide electricity transmission.
Easement AA gives Energex the right to access the easement to install, maintain, and repair electrical
infrastructure like power lines, poles, and substations. Energex may also clear the easement land and keep
it cleared of timber, trees, undergrowth and crops.
