          Site Development History
Noosa Shire Council issued a Preliminary Approval in 2006 (Council Ref: 132005.2159) for a Material
Change of Use and Reconfiguration of a Lot (1 into 6 lots by Subdivision) at 34 Holts Rd Cooroy (Lot
1444 CG3956). It is understood Queensland Government required the application to secure future
industrial land supply in the Noosa region to provide planning framework for the recorded future
subdivision and industrial development. The historical Nandroya Industrial Estate was developed by
the State Government (The Minister for Industrial Development of Queensland) and resulted in five
(5) industrial allotments being created that includes the proposed development site (Lot 2) detailed in
Figure 2.
