            4           Design Considerations
                        Access Arrangement
            The proposed development will be access via a new road connecting to Hoy Road. This new intersection
            will be a priority-controlled intersection providing all movement access. The new internal access road
            will terminate in a cul de sac to provide turnaround movements.

                        Proposed Internal Roads

            4.2.1       Road Hierarchy

            The development proposes an internal road featuring a cul de sac and is expected to be classified as
            Local Road within Council’s Road Hierarchy.
            The internal road network is shown in Figure 4-1.
