 sorting, baling or temporarily storing end-of-life tyres
 only;

 ERA 54 - Mechanical waste reprocessing 2: Operating
 a facility for receiving and mechanically reprocessing,
 in a year, the following quantity of general waste- (c)
 more than 10,000t



The environmentally relevant activities conducted at the location as described above must be conducted in
accordance with the following site-specific conditions of the approval.

 G1           All reasonable and practicable measures must be taken to minimise the likelihood of
              environmental harm being caused.
Notification
 G2           Any breach of a condition of this environmental authority must be reported to the administering
              authority as soon as practicable, or at most, within 24 hours of you becoming aware of the
              breach. Records must be kept including full details of the breach and any subsequent actions
              undertaken.
Release of a contaminant into the environment
 G3           Other than as permitted by this environmental authority, the release of a contaminant into the
              environment must not occur.
