Please find attached a Development Application for Multiple Housing Type 4 Conventional and Type 1 Office &/or Type 2 Medical at the above site.

In support of the application, the following documents will be submitted. The documents highlighted in bold are attached to this email and the balance will be submitted under separate cover.


  *   Covering letter including fee reduction request;
  *   IDAS Forms 1 and 5 together with landowners consent;
  *   Development application report prepared by Project Urban;
  *   Proposal Plans prepared by Archiology Architects;
  *   Site based stormwater management plans and services report prepared by Bornhorst + Ward;
  *   Parking & Traffic Impact Assessment prepared by Greys Australia Pty Ltd; and
  *   Landscape Concept Plans prepared by Project Urban.


Payment of the required Council application fee will be made upon receipt of a Council reference number and outstanding payment email. Please note however that the applicant has requested that Council apply a partial reduction to the application fee and look forward to Council’s determination of this issue.
